How a Day Looks
Every engagement is different — but this is the general structure.
Felix arrives at your venue or business and spends the first part of the day observing — your team dynamics, your operations, your customer interactions and your physical environment. No interviews yet. Just honest observation.
A focused one-on-one session with you as the owner or leader. Felix asks direct questions about your vision, your challenges, your team and your goals. This is where the real conversation begins.
Felix reviews your systems, workflows, financials overview, team structure and customer experience in detail. He may speak with key team members if relevant. This session identifies the gaps between where you are and where you need to be.
Felix presents his findings and delivers your personalised action plan. Specific, prioritised and actionable. You leave the day knowing exactly what needs to change and in what order.

What most business owners ask before booking a full day.
The base price covers a single location assessment of up to 8 hours. Businesses with multiple locations, larger teams or additional complexity are quoted individually. Contact Felix directly to discuss your situation.
No lengthy preparation is needed. Felix works best when he sees your business as it normally runs. If you have access to basic financial data or your team roster, that helps — but it is not required.
That is entirely your call. Some owners introduce Felix as a business advisor. Others prefer he observes without any introduction. Felix adapts to whichever approach works best for your team and culture.
Many clients move into ongoing coaching or consulting after the Full Day Discovery. Felix will discuss what makes sense for your situation during the end-of-day session. There is no obligation and no hard sell.
